We did it, Uncle — Davido reacts as Adeleke wins Osun election – The Sun Nigeria

Nigerian Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reacted to the re-election of his uncle, Ademola Adeleke, as the governor of Osun State.
Celebrating Adeleke’s victory, Davido took to his X account and shared a brief message, writing, “We did it, Uncle”
The singer’s reaction followed the declaration of Adeleke, the Accord Party candidate, as the winner of the Osun State governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Adeleke secured 511,067 votes to defeat his closest challenger, Bola Oyebamiji of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who polled 444,815 votes.
The victory secures another term in office for Adeleke after he emerged victorious in the keenly contested election.
Davido, a prominent member of the Adeleke family, has consistently expressed support for his uncle and celebrated his political achievements.
