A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bashir Ahmad, has denied having a private conversation with the lawmaker representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency, Mohammed Bello El-Rufai, concerning President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

DAILY POST reports that Bello, in an alleged post on his Facebook page, claimed that Bashir Ahmad had lamented the state of the country under the current administration.

Reacting in a post on his official X handle on Thursday, Ahmad denied the claim, stating that he could not recall ever discussing Tinubu’s administration, the elections or anything related to the matter with Bello.

The APC chieftain said he was surprised to see the lawmaker’s Facebook post, particularly because it had attracted thousands of comments.
