Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, UN, Jimoh Ibrahim, has given another reason for President Bola Tinubu’s absence at the ongoing 81st UN General Assembly, UNGA, in New York.
Ibrahim explained that Tinubu can’t attend UNGA and speak for just 15 minutes while most of the speakers are vice presidents and foreign ministers.
