A Lagos-based property management firm, Silverstone Managers, has pledged to deploy affordable property management solutions.

The firm highlighted significant progress made at Eastland Golf Estate and Fairfield Apartments, which it noted demonstrated its innovative and transformative approach to property developments.

That was highlighted during a tour of the New Lagos City Estate that provided insights into completed and ongoing projects.

The company’s engineer, Pelumi Amusa, said the city sits on about 43 hectares of land in the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos and comprises various developments, including East Land Golf Estate, Fairfield Apartments, and Garden Terraces, which consist of single beds, two bedrooms and three bedrooms for different family-types.

Amusa said, “We introduced the Garden Terraces for people who want to enjoy their lives without anybody’s disturbance.”

He added that the new development comprised single-family units for those who want luxury and exclusive living.

“The estate promises 24 hours of uninterrupted power to be supplied by gas plants from an IPP company, which will be ready by the first quarter of 2025, a water treatment plant and potable water,” he noted.

Also, the Business Manager of Silverstone Managers, Ayo Ayeni, said the firm provided efficient, cost-effective property management solutions, simplified management for communities, and offered smarter services that enhanced value.

“We are here to ensure that the estate is well maintained and also to oversee the infrastructure development in the estate. We’re talking about the roads, power, waste management, and security; anything that has to do with facility management, Silverstone will be overseeing it,” she assured.

She added that Silverstone Managers would ensure that the estate was livable, assuring clients that they were in good hands.

She disclosed that the firm was working on strategies for buyers to make an income out of their property, revealing that it would be introducing a product into the estate.

“There is a product that we intend to launch very soon but is still in the pipeline. It has to do with rental opportunities. For now, we have what we call the Silverstone App; on this, we have clients that have been onboarded. With this app, when they want to come into the estate, all they have to do is generate the code that will give them access to the estate,” Ayeni said.
