However, the UK Crown Prosecution Service has confirmed that his case remains active and that he is expected before Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15 for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing. The CPS has not confirmed reports that the complainant withdrew the case or that Burna Boy and Rahman Jago secured his release. Poco Lee is still facing five sexual-offence charges, and the allegations have not been determined by the court.
