Industry leaders to discuss standards

Leaders from different sectors of the economy will be converging at the 4th National Quality Conference to discuss quality standards.

In a statement, the organisers of the summit stated that the event would be held on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at the Auditorium Hall, NECA House Event Center, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

It added Nigeria’s top industry leaders, innovators, and organisations committed to raising the bar for quality standards across various sectors would grace this year’s conference.

The statement disclosed that the event, themed “Quality, Leadership & the Future of National Brands”, would feature dynamic keynote addresses, insightful panel discussions, and exhibitions showcasing cutting-edge innovations.

It stated, “The National Quality Conference is a prestigious annual event dedicated to promoting excellence in quality standards across Nigeria’s diverse industries.

“It serves as a vital platform where industry leaders, organisations, and regulatory bodies come together to share insights and discuss innovative strategies to improve product and service quality. Through NQC, businesses are encouraged to adopt global best practices, aiming for world-class customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

“A key highlight of the event is the Customers Quality Assessment Awards, which recognises and celebrates organisations that have consistently demonstrated excellence in quality assurance. This year’s award winners were selected through a meticulous process, which included customer feedback, industry reviews, and evaluations against global quality benchmarks,” the statement noted.

It added that an independent panel of experts reviewed each nominee based on their contributions to innovation, quality leadership, and overall industry impact.
